what we don't know yet
We can't estimate its market value (yet)
To estimate what a property is worth we need its floor area, and in this case neither the BOE listing nor the Spanish Land Registry (Catastro) gives it to us. We don't want to publish a made-up figure: we would rather tell you we don't have it and work it out properly with you.

Auctions are tough processes. Don't go through one alone.
We are Amelia, an estate agency in Palma. For years we have been buying at auction for ourselves and for our clients, and also helping owners resolve their situation before losing their home for less than it is worth. Talking to us costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
For the owner
Is it your home? There are still options
Before the award it may be possible to negotiate with the creditor or sell at market price — usually well above the auction value — and save the difference. The sooner you act, the more room there is. Complete discretion, at no cost.
